Synergy SC Tryout Information

While we understand that teams, players, and families, have already built positive relationships which are a large part of youth sports, we also understand the long term benefits of the change.  Synergy SC plans to move all players to their new corresponding age group.  We will then look at individual scenarios for players that are put in a less competitive situation due to the change.  If we feel the player and affected teams are best served by having a player 'play up in age' we will make the move to accommodate that players growth and development.  Players always have the opportunity to train with other teams in our club and can earn chances to play up in age showing commitment,  strong abilities, leadership, and a positive attitude.  Coaches will discuss individual plans for players with their families before and after tryouts.
